HAMBLETON – The Tucker Valley Boys’ Basketball teams hosted Moorefield on Monday January 6th. In the JV contest Tucker Valley won the contest by the final score of 31-24. Mickey Mitchell led the Tucker Valley JV with 11 points and Sam Marks added 7 points for the Tucker Valley JV. In the varsity game Tucker Valley also got the win by the final score of 52-33. Ethan Rosenau led the Wildcats with 18 points and Ashton Lycliter was close behind with 17 points for Tucker Valley in the win.
HAMBLETON – The Wildcats Boys’ Basketball team hosted Pendleton County for a JV and Varsity contest on Friday January 10th. In the first game the Tucker Valley JV team 42-25. Nate Ricottilli led the Tucker Valley JV with 10 points and Xander Lambert added 7 points for the Wildcats JV in the victory. In the varsity contest the Tucker Valley team got the win by the final score of 64-27. Ashton Lycliter led Tucker Valley with 18 points. Jeremiah Wratchford and Garrett Wilfong added 10 points each for the Wildcats in the win.
Tucker Valley(7-0) will return to action on Friday January 17th at Elkins. The Wildcats will then travel to Petersburg on Tuesday January 21st. For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
