ST. GEORGE,W.VA. — St. George Medical Clinic is excited to announce that physical therapy services will now be offered on site to the communities of Tucker County and its surrounding areas.
In order to offer this expansion, St. George Medical Clinic will be partnering with Elkins Physical Therapy & Sports Injury Clinic (EPTSIC) — a health organization that has been providing care since 1991.
“We are thrilled to offer another great service to our community members who reside in the rural parts of the area,” said Paul Wamsley, CEO of St. George. “By adding another service to the clinic, we are providing our county residents with quality care and saving them a trip to find the care they deserve and need.”
EPTSIC opened in the early 1990’s and has played a huge role in offering physical therapy to the folks of Randolph County and beyond. EPTSIC is located in the Elkins Railyard and is owned by John DiBacco, Chad Shoemaker and Allison Baird D’Angelo.
Becky Poling, a proud Tucker County resident and experienced physical therapist, will be providing physical therapy services from St. George Medical Clinic’s ‘specialist wing’. A comprehensive range of therapy services that promote healing and recovery from injuries including shoulder pain, back and neck pain, total joint replacement therapy, vertigo/dizziness, hand and wrist injuries and sports related injuries will be offered.
“As a St. George resident, I am very excited to be able to offer these services to my family, friends and neighbors,” said Poling. “Living in rural areas can be difficult with finding quality care, but I’m happy to be a part of a partnership that looks out for those with limited options and strives to offer topnotch health care no matter where you live.”
Scheduling for physical therapy appointments will be done just like any other service offered at the clinic. Just give the front desk a call at 304-478-3339.
