The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Melissa Jones, Parsons, was cited for no insurance and expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  The first charge was dismissed with proof shown and the second charge was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Melissa Jones, Parsons was cited for driving suspended and expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  She pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.  The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Glenn Blake, Mt. Storm, was cited for expired MVI and driving suspended by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $104.75 and court cost of $350.50.

Paul H. Teranto, Davis, was cited for expired MVI and no insurance by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  Both charges were dismissed with proof shown.

Carley B. Eye, Eglon, was cited for no child restraint by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $10 and court cost of $175.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

West Virginia University Hospital verses Jolly:  Received judgment in favor of WVU Hospital in the amount of $1072.11 plus $80 court cost against David C. Jolly.  This case was heard on Feb. 25 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

State of West Virginia verses Trampas Quint Wolford. Cabins, received a no contest plea for one count hunting under the influence.  He was assessed fines of $175.25 and court cost of $175.25.   This case was heard on March 5 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

Nutter verses Gollihue, the court found in favor of Crystal Nutter in the amount of $1,001 plus $85 court cost against Sue Gollihue.  This case was heard on March 10 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
