Frank departed this earth on 01-21-2020 just 12 days short of his 82 birthday. He was born on 03-03-1938 in the log house on the Cooper homestead in Canaan Valley, WV.
He was a resident of Alexandra, VA and had lived there since his graduation from the Mountaineer Senior High Class of 1956.
Frank was the eldest son of Ruth Cooper Allman from Canaan Valley, WV and Pete Allman from Cumberland, MD.
He is survived by his former wife Marie and their 2 children Pam and Pat and grandchild Julieanna.
Also, brothers Tom C. Allman of Elkview and Canaan Valley, WV and Richard Allman of Cumberland, MD.
Frank was an avid Bowler with many trophies that he loved to talk about.
He was also a good gardener and would bring all kinds of veggies when he came back home to Canaan Valley.
Frank volunteered often and would talk about cooking meals for homeless people. He tried to stay busy helping others at the Senior Complex where he lived.
He was retired from the airlines and federal government.
Frank had donated his body to science with cremation to follow. He requested no service of any kind.
