‘Drive – Thru’ Camp Good Grief

A drive-thru Camp Good Grief will be from noon – 6 p.m. on July 16, across from the Elkins Mountain Hospice Offfice, For the safety of our community, Mountain Hospice has decided to host a ‘Drive – Thru’ Camp Good Grief for 2020. From the safety of your car, pull up to our Mountain Hospice tent and receive a book-bag filled with educational, grief-coping resources, focusing on coping skills and ways to express emotions and feelings related to grief. The activities offered also focus on how the Coronavirus Pandemic can impact our lives and emotions.

This service will be available for any child experiencing any type of grief, especially during this difficult time. Attendees will receive a back-pack filled with educational, grief-coping activities, a snack, and a Camp Good Grief t-shirt!

If any family needs additional information or would like to schedule a one-on-one session to talk about grief, we are always available! ***or until supplies run out
