Bad drainage has plagued the baseball field at River City Park for many years; that is until now. The Parsons Parks and Recreation Commission has procured services from Bull Run Construction to design and construct a drainage system that will ultimately correct this issue. This project will cost approximately $20,000 and will be funded through the William Mahan Harman Memorial Fund.
