ST. GEORGE, W.VA. — To address the rise in COVID cases, beginning October 5, 2020, St. George School-Based Clinic will be temporarily closed from Monday, October 5, 2020 through October 18, 2020. The school-based clinic will reopen to normal operating hours on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7:30am.
During this time, the school-based health facility will be experiencing a full deep cleaning. Providers of St. George School-Based clinic will be working from the main clinic in St. George. The hours of operation for the main clinic during this two-week period is as follows: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to Noon.
As always, if you need assistance during non-business hours, you may contact our after-hours call center at any time. If you are experiencing an emergent situation, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency center.
