Elkins, WV – Elkins’ premier senior living community, Grace Davis Residences, will open the doors of their new development in November.

Woodlands Development Group (WDG) and Davis Health System announced the collaborative housing project in 2018. Grace Davis Residences is a modern, enriched senior housing community featuring eleven, two-bedroom apartments. 800 sq. ft. and 900 sq. ft. units are available.

Rental pricing begins at $2,300 a month and includes personal services for tenants including cleaning and laundry services, meals, security, care coordination, and building and grounds maintenance. They are conveniently located two blocks from Davis Medical Center and within walking distance to downtown Elkins.

A large community room is available for use by tenants. Healthy lifestyle programs and health screenings will be offered here through Davis Medical Center.

Woodlands Development Group is accepting applications for Grace Davis Residences, and tours are available. Call WDG at 304.636.6495 ext. 11 for information, or visit the website at gracedavisresidences.com.
