The Tucker County Extension Office will host a Pesticide collection from 4 – 8 p.m. on Dec. 4, at the Tucker County Extension Office. Participants may dispose of any item with “cide” as its description. Examples of items being collected are insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, bactericides, algaecides, rodenticides, and larvicides.
Also accepting aerosol cans of insect repellent, wasp and hornet spray.
The event is open to the agricultural and residential community.
