TCHS JV FOOTBALL GETS WIN OVER EAST FAIRMONT 34-6

PARSONS – The Mt. Lions JV Football team hosted East Fairmont on November 2nd.  Tucker County got the scoring started with a 7 yard touchdown run by Maddox Anderson with 7:55 left in the second quarter.  The 2 point conversion failed to make the score 6-0 Tucker County.  East Fairmont then answered with a 7 yard touchdown pass and the 2 point conversion was no good to tie the game 6-6 with 1:12 left in the first half.  Tucker County would then score on a 50 yard double pass from Ethan Roseau to Trenton Wilfong then to Wesley Strawderman for the touchdown.  The PAT conversion failed once again to make the score 12-6 with 47 seconds left in the second quarter.  The first half would end with score 12-6 Tucker County at the half.

The third quarter would belong to the Mt. Lions as they scored three time in the quarter.  The first score came with 7:49 left in the third on a 16 yard touchdown pass from Rosenau to Wilfong to push the Mt. Lions lead to 18-6.  Tucker County would score again with 3:47 left in the third on a 4 yard touchdown pass from Rosenau to Wilfong to up the Mt. Lions lead to 26-6 after the successful 2 point conversion.  The last touchdown of the game also came from Tucker County in the third quarter on a 50 yard touchdown pass from Rosenau to Wilfong.  The 2 point conversion was good to make the score 34-6 Tucker County with 1:45 left in the third quarter.  The fourth quarter would not see either team score and the game ended with the final score of Tucker County 34 East Fairmont 6.  For more info go to TuckerCountySports.Com.
