The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Anna Marie Roberts, Ocklawaha, Fla. was charged with one count Trespassing and one count Harassment.  According to the complaint, on Monday, Aug. 2 at approximately 11 a.m. Trp. C.R. Donelson was met by Glenn Main III/Victim at the WVSP Parsons Detachment.  Main advised that he had previously filed a complaint in reference to harassment against Anna Roberts/Defendant and further advised he had video surveillance of her on his property.  Donelson then obtained a handwritten statement from Main.  In summary, he stated that on Friday, July 30 at approximately 2 a.m. Roberts was observed on security video camera on his property located at 2805 Shavers Fork Rd, Kerens.  He stated that she was specifically told not to trespass on his property by his wife, Darla Main on June 12, 2021.  He stated that this complaint follows a previous complaint for harassment, discharging a firearm within 150 feet of his property and destruction of property.  Main provided Donelson with a copy of the security video.  It should be noted that Roberts was arrested on July 15 for harassment, destruction of property and discharging a firearm with 150 feet of a dwelling.  All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
