Additional Notes : Emergency vehicle unlocking equipment has been ordered and arrived. Training for this equipment will be provided to each officer. The use of this equipment will be a case by case decision made by the individual officer at his own discretion with a strong emphasis of emergency use only but not limited to. Epie pens have been provided to field Deputies and they have been trained on how to administer them in the event we encounter a need for one.
