The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Jeffrey Allen Thompson, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Violet G. Nestor, of Hendricks, was cited for no seatbelt by Trp. J.E. Kopec. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Michael Paul McCrum, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Daniel M. Parsons, of Parsons, was cited for speeding (59-55) and no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest on first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. Second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Trenton Dibartolomeo, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Ana Luisa Igal, of Oakhill, Va., was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Alison Pei Isaaco-Dunn, of Thomas, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Gregory John Miller, of Eldersburg, Md. was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Clifford Scott Boyles, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Dorothy Marion Freitag, of Belair, Md., was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Earl C. Quist, of Arlington, Va., was cited for speeding (49-45) by SR. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Harper Tyler Kregge, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty ad was assessed fines of $25.
- Richard Corbett Gsell, of Parsons, was cited for no insurance, dismissed with proof shown, and no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was fined $25.
- Delmas W. Hardy, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was fined $25.
- Larry W. Cassell, of Canvas, was cited for no proof of insurance by Trp. J.E. Kopec. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Santo C. Ramos, of Greenville, SC was cited for speeding (58-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal complaint was filed in Tucker County Magistrate Court.
- Kristin Nicole Coleman, of Parsons, was charged with Trespassing. According to the criminal complaint, on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at approximately 9:15 p.m. Deputy C.R. Donelson responded to Lansberry Apartments 353 Moss Lane Apt. 2 for a call regarding a female trying to break a house window with a chair. Upon arrival, Donelson met with the victim, Tiffany Henline, who stated at approximately 9:05 p.m. Kristin Nicole Coleman tried to steal her husbands grill and when she grabbed it from her, Coleman punched her in the eye. Henline told Coleman to get out of here and she responded saying OK. Henline stated she took the grill back inside and then Coleman got the chair and tried to throw it through the window also beating on the window with a grill brush. Donelson spoke with the manager of the apartments who stated that she had told Coleman not to come back after the owner advised her she did not want Coleman on the property.
The following cases have been assigned in Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Jonathan Taylor, of Kingwood, was charged with driving suspended first offense on May 8. He pled not guilty on June 4 and case is assigned to Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Melony Flanagan, of Hambleton, was charged with use of cell phone on June 4 and pled not guilty on June 5, also charged with expired registration on June 4 and pled no contest on June 5. Case was before Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
