BRIDGEPORT – The Tucker Valley Middle School Track team traveled to Bridgeport on Saturday March 26th to compete in the Connect-Bridgeport Middle School Invitational. The track team competed in the event that featured 18 teams and as many as 53 athletes competing in a single event. Tucker Valley came away with 12 Top Ten finishes. Nate Ricottilli placed 1st in the 3200m run with a PR(Personal Record) of 11:48.43. The Boys’ 4x800m Relay team (Cameron Judy, Luke Barb, Liam Davis, and Nate Ricottilli) placed 2nd with a PR of 10:43.52. The Boy’s 4x400m Relay Team (Jonathan Black, Alex Boyles, Ty Ricottilli, and Cameron Judy) placed 3rd with a PR of 5:09.11. Luke Barb placed 4th in the 400m at 1:00.63 and Nate Ricottilli placed 6th in the High Jump at 4’8”. The other Top Ten Finishes include: Nate Ricottilli – 100m, Luke Barb – 200m, Ty Ricottilli- 800m, Cameron Judy – 1600m, Jonathan Black – 200m Hurdles, Lela Wright – 200m and Lillian Boyles – Discus Throw.
