The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Zakkary Bonner, Parsons, was charged with one count of Destruction of Property.  According to the complaint on Sunday, Aug. 7 at approximately 5:10 p.m. TFC J.J. Schmidle took a walk-in complaint at the West Virginia State Police Parsons Detachment.  The complainant was Morgan Parsons wanted to report a destruction of property that occurred at 413 Central Ave. in Parsons.  Schmidle obtained a handwritten and signed statement from Mrs. Parsons who advised that when she woke up that morning and went out to leave, she discovered the two rear tires on her car had been cut.  She stated she went back inside to check the security cameras and found that two of the security cameras were missing as well.  She said after she watched the video footage, they saw that their landlord’s son Zakkary Bonner had committed these crimes.  She said they went to the landlord (Matt Bush) and advised him of the situation.  She said he texted his son about the incident and he admitted to destroying the property.  Parsons advised that the tires were about $100 and the camera were about $400.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
