The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Jeffrey Donald Hebb, Jr. of Thomas, was charged with one count of Wanton Endangerment. The criminal complaint states that on Monday, Sept. 26, Deputy B.M. Gidley along with Chief Deputy Sigley received a radio call from Tucker Communications in regards of an individual with a gun at 22 Perry Ave in Thomas. The officers responded to the address and Tucker Communications continued to provide updates to them.  They advised the male was Jeff Hebb and had a gun allegedly threatening to go shoot people, the caller advised her husband was following him down the road.  The caller then told Tucker Communications that she heard a shot fired in the house at 1677 Pierce Ben-Bush Rd.  When deputies arrived on scene the caller spoke with them and advised they were in the house.  Deputies approached the house and entered and a small caliber firearm was allegedly taken of Hebb.  The firearm was secured and the suspect was detained.

Deputies noticed small caliber rounds that had been shot inside the house.  They received statements from Perry Hebb the father and Louise Hebb the mother.  The father advised and stated that Jeff shot three times inside the house while sitting on a chair located next to the front door of the house.  The father was standing next to Jeff trying to get him to put the weapon down.  This occurred during the call from the caller.  There were six bullet holes in the wall next to the front door and one in the floor.  The father stated that Jeff shot three times total, Two times in the wall which went through the wall in the direction of the roadway and one time into the floor.  He was transported to the WVSP barracks in Parsons for processing.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.

Susan Randolph, Glen Schoonover and Letha Kahl, Parsons, Lot 7 and 9 Sunset Dr. to David Teter, Sierra Pritt Teter and Daniel Hebb, $189,000.

Robert J. Lynch and Denise L. Lynch, Dry Fork, Lot 9 Canaan Vista to The R & D Lynch Family Trust, $0.

Robert Reckart Jr. and Gina Reckart, Black Fork, 66 acres Shavers Fork to Jared Brody and Latish Brody, $399,000.

Timmy A. Link and Valarie L. Link, Dry Fork, Lot 34, 2.26 acres to Nancy R. Bonnell and Brian W. Bonnell, $698,000.
