The Highlands Trail Foundation Board of Directors Annual Membership meeting will meet at Piccolo Paula’s Caffe, 104 Walnut Street, in Parsons, Wednesday, March 29 at 5:30 p.m. to get updates on Allegheny Highlands Trail maintenance and development. The meeting will also include information on our events and activities. All members, friends and newcomers are welcome.
