This photo is of one of the trains in Thomas. As can be seen it required several men to operate and maintain the trains. Thomas was a hub of activity for the rail yard with several buildings. With the current development of the Thomas Business District, one could only wonder what the economic impact would be if we had trains coming into Thomas today. As a reminder if anyone has pictures of the theatre in Thomas, I would have an interest in getting a copy to share with our readers.
