Bruce Kolsun was sworn in as Mayor of Parsons on Nov. 17 by Sherry Simmons, Clerk of the Tucker County Commission. Kolsun is seen here with his hand on his Bible held by his wife Cynthia. His son, Phillips Kolsun, was also in attendance. Kolsun was elected mayor by the Council on Tuesday, Nov. 14 following the resignation of Dorothy Judy. “I am humbled to represent the City of Parsons and our citizens,” Kolsun stated.
