Town of Davis Council Member Chuck Wood has resigned his seat on the Town Council. The resignation was announced during the Town of Davis Town Council’s Wednesday, September 25th regular meeting.
Mayor Al Tomson announced during the meeting that the resignation came because of scheduling conflicts from Wood’s ongoing paramedic school classes and its requirements.
Tomson said the Town will be advertising for applicants for the seat, followed by interviews. Tomson said the Council would then decide on a replacement.
There was no word on when advertisements would be placed.
