The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Office:
Timothy Neal Sypolt: of Independence, WV was charged with one felony count of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree. According to the complaint, on Monday, Aug. 26 Trooper V.J. Pyles responded to a call for service from Tucker 911 Communications. A CPS representative requested that he respond in regard to allegations of sexual abuse. He soon found that neither child nor the suspect were present at the home. Later that evening he and Sr. Trooper C.A. Hawkins assisted CPS with removal of a four year old and a two year old. Both children were in the adoption process. The allegations made were regarding an incident that occurred in the past month. A CAC interview was conducted on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
