Davis Thomas and Tucker Valley Middle Schools squared off for the second time this season. This time the administration from both middle schools and Tucker County High School got together to make the games a unique atmosphere. Students were bused from the middle schools, from both schools to Tucker High, where those students were able to attend as well. Students, young and old, were put into their respective school’s student sections. The games would start off with the girls’ matchup and Davis Thomas would take that win 33-14
Davis Thomas: Simmons 10pts; Johnson 8 pts; Thompson 5 pts; Wolfe 4 pts; Wilt 2 pts; Ketterman 2 pts; Goosby 2 pts.
Tucker Valley: Channel 7 pts; Decker 5 pts; Lambert 2 pts
The boys’ matchup would go opposite of the girls with the Tucker Valley Wildcats taking the win
with a final score of 44-19.
