Missionaries Can Use Your Help

Amazon has a new program to help charitable organizations. If you follow the directions below you will give 0.5% of any Amazon purchase to WAEMM without cost to you.

Drs. Tom and Karen Asher who are former Tucker County physicians are now missionaries in Sierra Leone, Africa. They are currently supervising 12 different hospitals in the area. They are helping to train locals as well as performing many medical procedures. They are located in a very poor area where even electricity is in short supply.

You can help the Ashers by doing the following:

1. Go to http://smile.amazon.com

2. In the search box type “West African Education and Medical Mission”

3. Make sure you click on the one that says it’s in Toledo Ohio

4. This will set up WAEMM as your charity

After this—make sure you go to the smile.amazon.com site anytime you buy something from Amazon. These donations are used to send containers of medical supplies to help in the hospitals where the Ashers are working. These supplies help save lives and protect nurses and doctors from Ebola.

The Drs. Asher are very appreciative of any donations made to help them with their mission in Africa.
