The Tucker County Giving Circle (TCGC) was pleased to partner with Warm the Children in 2024. Warm the Children, a program of the Tucker County Family Resource Network, has provided new winter clothing to children in need in Tucker County since 1993. TCGC was honored to further Warm the Children’s important mission through a TCGC grant. Last year, Warm the Children provided 96 Tucker County school-aged children with warm winter clothing, and TCGC was proud to contribute to that effort.
TCGC’s mission is to support women and children in Tucker County. All TCGC grants are funded by donations from members of the organization, and administered by the Tucker Community Foundation. Since the organization’s inception in 2020, TCGC has provided over $42,000 to organizations that support women and children in Tucker County.
Any non-profit, church, or government entity in Tucker County is eligible to apply for a grant through the TCGC between now and 3pm on September 26. Applications are available on the Tucker Community Foundation website, https://tuckerfoundationwv.org/
