West Virginia Trappers Association 2025 Convention

The West Virginia Trappers Association will hold their 56th annual 2025 convention September 19th and 20th, 2025 at the Gilmer County Recreation Center, 1365 Sycamore Run Road Glenville, WV. The Board of Directors will hold their meeting Thursday, September 18th at 7PM.

Gates open Friday, September 19th, at 9AM. Convention Trap Tags provided to the first 300 people through the gate. Hourly prize drawing from gate tickets. Various demos and trap dying and waxing both days. Shop at several vendors tables inside and tailgaters. There will be food available in the dining hall kitchen from 11AM-12:30PM. Basket making with Carol various times both days. Potluck/Hot Dog Roast and social gathering Friday evening at 6PM. Gates open at 8AM Saturday September 20th. Trappers Education Class registration begins at 8:30AM and classes begins at 9AM. Beekeeping seminar with Bobbi at 9AM Saturday. There will be activities for the kids and ladies both days. Trap setting contests Saturday. General membership meeting/awards/education class graduation Saturday at 1PM in the main building. Benefit auction at 2PM. Hot Dog Roast/Potluck and social gathering front of the demo barn near camping area at 5PM Saturday. Primitive camping available $10 per night. Limited number of electric hookups for campers, $20 per night. Bunkhouse is $20 per person per night.
