The Davis-Thomas Bears volleyball teams had a busy and exciting week on the court.
On Monday, the Bears traveled to South Preston and came away with dominant wins. Both the JV and varsity squads secured victories in straight sets, setting a positive tone for the week ahead.
Wednesday brought more excitement as Central Preston visited Davis-Thomas. The gym was buzzing with energy as both matches delivered thrilling moments. Once again, the Bears came out on top in both JV and varsity contests, continuing their winning streak.
On Saturday, the varsity team hit the road to compete in the Serve City Classic, hosted by Central Preston. Davis-Thomas started strong, earning a victory over Barrackville in their opening match. However, the competition stiffened, and the Bears dropped their next two games to Mountaineer Middle and East Preston.
The Bears will be back in action this week with two home matches. They will host East Preston on Monday, followed by a match against Tucker Valley on Wednesday.
