The Lady Mt. Lions hosted the Elkins Lady Tigers Tuesday night in a hard-fought varsity volleyball match that ended in a tough three-set loss for the home team.
Despite a strong effort on their home court, the Lady Mt. Lions were unable to overcome the relentless attack and solid defense of the Lady Tigers. Elkins claimed the victory with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, and 25-11.
The Lady Mt. Lions look ahead to their next match, aiming to bounce back on the road against Pendleton on September 30.
