The Parsons Volunteer Fire Department responded to a structure fire, last Tuesday, on Spruce Street, in Parsons. The possible electrical fire resulted to damage to one bedroom and the attic, another room received some damage from water. PVFD responded to the scene with six units and 13 personnel. They were assisted by Leading Creek with two units and six men, Tucker County EMS and local law enforcement. Thomas Volunteer Fire Department were on stand-by for Parsons. Units were on scene for approximately two and a half hours.
