Eldare was born on Oct. 10, 1925 in Barbour County, she is the daughter of Earnest and Dovie (Lutz) Gainer and there will be a birthday celebration at the Nestor-ville Community Center in Nestorville on Saturday, Oct. 11 beginning at noon.
