Burge was met at the Parsons West Virginia Police Detachment by Tucker County Probation Officer, Daniel Smith.  Smith advised while conducting a physical check of the defendant’s residence it was found that Fike had been sending requests via the internet on Craig’s list for someone to be paid to give him a Golden Shower.  Smith allegedly was advised by Fike that he intentionally failed to provide five different internet accounts to the WV State Police Sex Offender Registry.  Smith allegedly obtained a hand written statement from Fike that advised he has active internet sites on Face Book, Yahoo, Craig’s List and fettish sites of Reddit and Fetlife, none of which are registered through the WC State Police Sex Offender Registry.
