The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Kenneth Ray Smith, Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
- Donald H. Swartz, Jr., Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt and no valid insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He was assessed fines of $25 and charge of no insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
- Ashly Dawn Bush, Parsons, was cited for driving suspended, misc. and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25. The charge of no insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
- Zachary Lee Woodyard, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Russell Lee Barkley, Hambleton, was cited for no insurance and expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. The charge of no insurance was dismissed with proof shown.
- Scott R. Harper, Kensington, Md., was cited for speeding (54-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Christopher Allen Gainer, Sevierville, Tenn., was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Barbara S. Bish, Thomas, was cited for expired registration by Trp. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of 165.25.
- Seth Andrew Pifer, Hambleton, was cited for speeding (59-55) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Jakob Michael Pifer, Hambleton, was cited for following too closely by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Cory Allen Lester, Hambleton, has been charged with Breaking and Entering after an incident on Dec. 12, 2014. According to the criminal complaint, on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 the Parsons Detachment of the West Virginia State Police was broken into. Through following leads produced from citizens of Tucker County, Sgt. C.D. Siler allegedly obtained information from the defendant in reference to the breaking and entering. Lester was interviewed on Dec. 31 by Siler in regards to this investigation. Allegedly, Lester provided Siler with a statement including a confession and his involvement with this incident. Lester allegedly stated that on Dec. 12, he and Jesse James Burns planned and executed the breaking and entering. Lester has been charged with one count of Breaking and Entering. The defendant was taken to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail under a $20,000 bond.
- Howard Patrick Hagan, III, Parsons, has been charged with Breaking and Entering after an incident on Dec. 12, 2014. According to the criminal complaint, on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 the Parsons Detachment of the West Virginia State Police was broken into.
