It is the end of an era for City of Parsons Council Member Melissa Jones and City of Parsons Recorder Rick Lemons. Jones, who is stepping down from the City Council and Lemons who resigned during the meeting, both attended their last official City Council Meeting June 16th. Their duties will resume until July 1st when the new Council will officially take over duties.
