The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Jedidiah Joel Jones, Eglon, was cited for expired registration by Dep. C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Tucker C. Paugh, Eglon, was cited for no insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- John P. Thompson, Belington, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Angela D. Rosier, Montrose, was cited for no seatbelt by Sr. Trooper J.J. Schmidle. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
- Anita S. Herron, Parsons, was cited for cell phone use and no proof of insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100. Second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
- Samantha R. Nelson, Summerfield, Fla., was cited for sale of alcohol to underage person by Sr. Trooper J.J. Schmidle. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
- Richard R. Metzgar, Hellam, Pa., was cited for parking in roadway and impeding traffic flow by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Terry Michael Jividen, Parsons, has been charged with a felony count of Convicted felon in possession of a firearm. According to the complaint, an individual allegedly sold a gun to the defendant and then bought the same gun back. A check through the FBI Triple I system shows that the defendant was convicted of two felonies in 2003 and 2004 for a Felony drug violations in Putnam County.
The following cases have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Emanuel Arthur Huffman, Harman, was charged with no no vehicle insurance which was dismissed with proof shown and driving to fast for roadway conditions. He pled not guilty on Jan. 26 and a court hearing is scheduled for Feb. 19 at 11:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
- Parisa Soleimanifar, Boyds, Md., was charged with speed limitation on Jan 12. She pled not guilty on Jan. 28 and a court hearing is scheduled for Feb. 17 at 2:30 p.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
