The Tucker County Fair showcased the talents and hard work of area youth and adults through its Indoor 4-H Exhibits and Tucker County Fair Open Exhibits competitions. Judges had the difficult task of selecting Best of Show winners from a wide variety of high-quality entries.

In the Indoor 4-H Exhibits division, Kace Nestor earned Best of Show honors in the Fishing category. Landon Smith received Best of Show recognition for his This is 4-H exhibit, while Alissa Hebb was awarded Best of Show in Photography for her outstanding work.

The Tucker County Fair Open Exhibits division also featured an impressive display of creativity, craftsmanship, and gardening talent. Eldon Plaugher received Best of Show for the Largest Pumpkin exhibit. Nancy Moore earned Best of Show honors for her Banana Bread entry, while Linc Keller was recognized for his Hot Pickled Peppers exhibit.

In the handcrafted categories, Betty Ends received Best of Show for her Largest Quilt exhibit. Marcy Hebb earned Best of Show recognition for her Beaded Flower creation, and Omer Cross was awarded Best of Show for his Wooden Light-Up Lantern.

The Tucker County Fair continues to provide an opportunity for residents of all ages to showcase their skills, talents, and dedication. From agricultural exhibits to baked goods and handcrafted projects, the exhibits highlight the creativity and pride found throughout Tucker County.

Congratulations to all the Best of Show winners and to everyone who participated in this year’s fair exhibitions. Their efforts helped make the fair a successful celebration of local talent and community spirit.
