TUCKER COUNTY, WV – County Route 35, Cortland Road, between milepost 0.00 and milepost 4.10, will have a full road closure from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, for a culvert replacement project. There will be no allowance for through traffic, all motorists including emergency vehicles and United States Postal Service must seek alternate routes.
County Route 219/4 (Mackeyville Road) will have a full road closure beginning Monday, October 19, 2026, through Friday, October 30, 2026, for work related to the Roaring Run Bridge project.
TUCKER COUNTY, WV – County Route 219/4 (Mackeyville Road) will have a full road closure, at 7:00 a.m., beginning Monday, October 19, 2026, through Friday, October 30, 2026, for work related to the Roaring Run Bridge project. Work will begin at the intersection of US 219 and County Route 219/4 (Mackeyville Road) and will end approximately 0.30 miles south on Mackeyville Road. Road-closed signs will be placed at both ends of the work site. All traffic must seek alternate routes. There will be no special allowance for emergency vehicles, school buses or United States Postal Service. All traffic needing to access Mackeyville Road will have to enter from the Hambleton side.
