The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
  •  Christopher J. Wrubel, Virginia Beach, Va. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Deeanna M. Winkler, Cresaptown, Md. was cited for speeding (49-45) by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Deeanna M. Winkler, Cresaptown, Md. was cited for speeding (63-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and curt cost of $165.25.
  • Ronald Lee Shaffer, Wyandotte, MI was cited for non-resident fishing without license and conspiring to violate Chapter 20 by T.L. Fluharty.  He was assessed fines of $40 and court cost of $330.50.
  • James S. Pennington, Hambleton, was cited for no proof of insurance by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Susan P. Moore, Davis, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Kevin E. Switzer, Karns City, Pa. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Boris Gurshman, Falls Church, Va. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Dottie R. Nestor, Hambleton, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Christopher J. Crowalter, Gainsville, Va. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Kenneth R. Smith, Hambleton, was cited for following too closely by Dep. C.A. Teter.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Gregory D. Wolfe, Newburg, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Robert J. Lantz, Benwood, was cited for no proof of insurance by Trooper J.E. Kopec.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.

 

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Monongahelia Power verses Steven Bosch:  The case was judged in favor of Monongahelia Power and Bosch was ordered to pay $4,248.34 plus court cost of $90.  The case was ordered and adjudged on Friday, March 20 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • University Health Associates verses David Jolly:  This case was judged in favor of University Health Associates and Jolly must pay $907.26 plus $75 court cost.  The case was ordered and adjudged by Magistrate William M. Miller On Friday, March 20.
