- Derek S. Upperman, Swanton, Md. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Kent C. Daniels, Parsons, was cited for failure to yield at intersection by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Frank D. Ross III, Vienna, Va. was cited for speeding (54-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Joshua E. Styer, Springfield, was cited for no seatbelt and expired MVI by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $29.75 and court cost of $165.25.

- State of West Virginia verses Denver Cussins: He received a No Contest Plea/Nolo Condendre for one count making, issuing worthless checks which occurred on Dec. 29, 2015. He was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and must pay restitution of $26.18 with fine waived. This case was ordered and adjudged on Feb. 9 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- State of West Virginia verses Denver Cussins: He received a No Contest Plea/Nolo Condendre for one count making, issuing worthless checks which occurred on Dec. 30, 2015. He was assessed cost and fees of $190.25 and must pay restitution of $49.32 with fine waived. This case was ordered and adjudged on Feb. 9 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
- O’Connor verses Andrews: The court found in favor of Craig E. O’Connor against Christina Andrews in the amount of $750 and court cost of $80 for Wrongful Occupation. Petitioner is granted possession of property and Respondent shall vacate no later than 12 p.m. on Feb. 17. This case was heard on Feb. 3 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
