WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS ASSISTANCE REPRESENTATIVE
The representative from the W V D V A is scheduled to be at the Parsons Senior Center on Thursday, June 23 to assist clients with concerns about V A benefits. The usual hours are 9:30am – 2:00pm and the office is located on the bottom floor of the Parsons Center.
PREPARING FOR DISASTER
Once again we remind you that the Tucker County Health Department will present a short program on what you may need in case of a sudden disaster and the need to quickly evacuate. The presentation will be held on Thursday, June 23 at the Parsons Center following the Goldenaires Choir program and just prior to serving lunch.
SENIOR OLYMPIANS HAVE DONE IT AGAIN
The Tucker County Senior Center team of Senior Olympians has once again brought home a multitude of medals along with several overall first place trophies. We thank them for their hard work and preparation. We can only say that we are very proud of our team and we will have a complete run down of their accomplishments in the near future.
