The senior exercise group will resume on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Wellness 24. It will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting at 10:30 a.m. and lasting approximately 20 minutes. The exercises are very low impact with some minor stretching. It’s a great opportunity to get out of the house, socialize, and get a little exercise. Most of the exercises are chair exercises. This will help with your balance and coordination. If you need transportation, please call the Senior Center at 304-478-2423.
