The Tucker County Senior Citizens continue to host breast cancer awareness programs during the month of October. The Mt. Top Outpost of the Tucker County Senior Citizens scheduled Tuesday, Oct. 15 to host the Tucker County CEOS, the Tucker County Health Dept. and the WVU Extension Service Tucker County Branch as they proclaim Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During the program a wreath hanging will take place and breast cancer survivors will be given special recognition.
We invite you to join us as Jim and Polly Whetsell from Kingwood will provide a very entertaining music performance. They won honors at the recent Senior Olympics at Mineral County, and they provide entertainment at churches and nursing homes in the Preston County area.
Plan to bring a covered dish to share with friends and please come early, as the program will begin at 10:30 a.m.
