MOUNTAIN TOP OUTPOST
The Mountain Top Outpost of the Tucker County Senior Citizens will host their October meeting and covered dish lunch on Tuesday, October 18. The festivities begin at 1 0:30am.
The W V U Extension Office in conjunction with the Tucker County CEOS, Tucker County Health Department, and the Tucker County Senior Center will host the Breast Cancer Awareness Program.
Information will be available on early detection, and cures for the disease, and breast cancer survivors will hang a wreath. Plan to prepare your special covered dish to share with your friends and enjoy the fellowship,
2017 NEW YORK TRIP
The Travel Committee is looking at an early May, 2017 date for the New York Trip. As soon as the exact date, itinerary, and pricing are finalized we will begin the process of calling the people on the list in the order that the names were placed to confirm those still interested in going.
FLU SHOT CLINIC
If you still have not received a flu shot and would like to do so there is yet another chance as the Saint George Clinic will be holding a clinic at the Mountain Top Center on Tuesday, October 25 beginning at 8:00am. Please mark this date on your calendar, and if you have any questions please give us a call.
MEDICARE PART D
Once again our SHIP coordinator, Ann Filler is sending a reminder that enrollment and or changes to your Medicare Part d must be done between October 15 and December 7. If you have questions or need help please call her for a one on one consultation. She is usually in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She generally is at the Mt. Top Center on the mornings of the Third Tuesday of each month.
