“OUT WEST” TRIP
We will begin taking names November 29th for out “Out West” trip for next year. The dates are August 21st to 31st, 2018. The cost is $3400 per person based on double occupancy. The insurance for this trip is $380 per person and must be paid at the time of initial deposit so that pre-existing conditions will be covered. We will be staying in Yellowstone for 2 nights, going to Las Vegas, seeing a live rodeo in Cody, WY, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, tour Salt Lake City, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. This trip includes airfare and motor coach, motels, 9 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 6 dinners. If you would like a flyer, please stop by the Parsons office. The first payment will be $400.00 and will be due on January 18, 2018.
OPEN ENROLLMENT
Just a reminder that open enrollment for Medicare will expire on December 7th. The SHIP representative is available at the Parsons Center on Thursdays until then. Just a reminder to those of you going to the Gandy Dancer on December 2nd, the van will leave the Parsons Center at 10:30 a.m.
PARSONS DECEMBER OUTPOST
Parsons December Outpost will be on Tuesday, December5, 2017 beginning at 10:30 a.m. The entertainment for the day will be the “Sonbeams” from the Methodist Church. Please bring your favorite covered dish and plan to join us for fun and fellowship.
CHRISTMAS SHOPPING TRIP
We will be taking our seniors to Wal-Mart in Elkins on Wednesday, December 13th, weather permitting. We will leave the Parsons Center after lunch (at noon) and return at 4:30 p.m. We will arrange for a van to get our Mt. Top patrons to the Parsons Center for lunch then the shopping trip. Please call the Parsons Center at 304-478-2423 and ask to be put on the list. Please remember to leave your phone number when you call so that we may contact you with arrangements or in case we can’t go.
