LANCASTER, PA TRIP
We are planning a trip to Lancaster, PA to the Sight and Sound Theater to see their new production titled “Jesus.” The dates are July 9th to 11th. The price will be $410.00 per person based on double occupancy. The payments of $205 per person will be due on February 15th and May 31st. If you are interested, call the Center at 304-478-2423 to have your name placed on the list. We are beginning to have a waiting list but you may call in case someone changes their mind.
PITTSBURGH PIRATE BASEBALL GAME
We are setting up a trip to Pittsburgh to see the Pirates play the Chicago Cubs on August 1, 2018. This will be an overnight trip. The price will be $250.00 per person based on double occupancy. We need to know an exact number by March 1st. If you are interested, please call the Parsons Center at 304-478-2423. The availability of the tour of the stadium and batting practice depends on the exact number of participants. As of now, we will be stopping at the Trolley museum near Washington, PA on the way to the park and we have reservations at the Sports Museum and shopping in the Strip District on Thursday before returning home.
SWINGING TO THE MUSIC
Our “Swinging to the Music” classes have begun again. Our next session will be on Wednesday, January 24thth at noon. This is a low impact chance to get a little exercise on a cold wintry day. Please join us and participate as much or as little as you choose.

Just a reminder that our SHIP representative is available on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. WVDVA REPRESENTATIVE
The WV Department of Veterans Affairs representative will be here at the Parsons Center on Thursday, January 25, 2018. Starting in February he will only be coming to Parsons on the second Thursday of the month until further notice. If you have a concern with a veteran issue, please stop by to talk to Mr. Tom Criss.
MT TOP NUTRITION PROGRAM
We have rescheduled the Mt. Top program on nutrition for Tuesday, January 30th at 11:00 a.m. We hope that the weather will be better and that a lot of you will turn out for this interesting program.
