Mt. Top Outpost

The Mt. Top Center will host the May program and covered dish lunch on Tuesday, May 19. The program will begin at 10:30 a.m. and we invite you to come early and enjoy the entire event. Plan to bring a friend and a covered dish to compliment the menu. We hope to have a great day of fellowship, fun and good food.

Trip to Miracle of Christmas

We have almost 70 names of interested people on the list for the November trip to the Miracle of Christmas and the Pennsylvania Opry. With the amount of interest shown, we will make the final plans for the trip. We will contact people in the order in which their names were received for confirmations until the trip is filled. Any remaining names will be placed on the reserve list in case of cancellations, etc.

Sleep Disorder Presentation

Even though we have not received much response to host a program on Sleep Disorders, Home Plus is still keeping the program on the schedule. We will hold the program as scheduled at 1:30 p.m. at the Parsons Center on Wednesday, May 20.

Veterans Assistance

The representative from the West Virginia Department of Veteran Assistance will be at the Parsons Senior Center on Thursday morning, May 14, at 10 a.m. to assist veterans who have concerns about their benefits. The representative will be located in the lower level of the center in the former location of the Health Department.
