MOUNTAIN TOP CENTER TO CELEBRATE JUNE BIRTHDAYS

Participants at the Mt. Top Center celebrating birthdays during the month of June will receive special recognition on Tuesday, June 14 in conjunction with lunch. We will sing happy birthday wishes to the honored guests, and a home made cake provided by Hospice Care Corporation will be served to all in attendance.

SAINT GEORGE OUTPOST

The Saint George Outpost of the Tucker County Senior Citizens will host their June meeting on Thursday, June 16 at the Saint George United Methodist Church. The festivities begin at 6:00 pm. Please note the in the month of June the third Thursday, the usual date of the Saint George dinner follows the second Tuesday of the month so we ask you to mark your calendar.

WEST VIRGINIA REPRESENTATIVE OF VETERANS ASSISTANCE

The W V D V A Representative is scheduled to be at the Parsons Senior Center on Thursday, June 9, and Thursday, June 23 to assist clients with concerns about V A benefits. The office is located on the bottom floor of the senior center.

STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL REPRESENTATlVE TO VISIT PARSONS CENTER

Pam Kurshansky, Consumer Representative and Compliance Specialist of the West Virginia State Attorney Generals Office will be at the Parsons Senior Center on Wednesday, June 8 to assist clients with consumer protection issues. She will be here from 11am – noon and will be available for one-on-one consultations if needed.
