PARSONS CENTER APRIL BIRTHDAY RECOGNITION
All participants at the Parsons Center celebrating birthdays in April will be given special recognition on Thursday, April 21. Plan to come early and enjoy the singing by the Goldenaires Choir that begins at 10:30am. Just prior to serving lunch happy birthday wishes will be sung to the honored guests and a homemade cake compliments of Hospice Care Corp. will be served to all in attendance.
MOUNTIAN TOP CENTER PAPER PRODUCTS BINGO
The April paper products bingo event for the Mt. Top Center is scheduled for Thursday, April 21 following lunch. Please let us know the day before the event if you plan on attending so that we can let the volunteer know if there will be enough participants to hold the event. We thank the volunteer who sponsors the event for her time and dedication to our senior centers.
SAINT GEORGE OUTPOST
The Saint George Outpost of the Tucker County Senior Citizens will host their first covered dish dinner event of 2016 on Thursday evening, April 21 at the Saint George United Methodist Church. Plan to bring your covered dish to share with your friends and enjoy a great evening. The event begins at 6:00pm. We plan to take a van from the Parsons area.
FLANAGAN HILL OUTPOST
The Flanagan Hill Outpost April covered dish event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27 at noon. Plan to prepare your special covered dish to share with your friends and enjoy a great day of fellowship always found at Flanagan Hill
WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVE
The representative from the WV D V A is scheduled to be at the Parsons Center on Thursday, April 28 to assist clients with V A Benefit concerns. The hours are usually 9:30am – 2:00pm. The office is located on the bottom floor of the Parsons Senior Center.
