The 26th Annual Barbour County Emergency Squad, Inc. October Fest Celebration will be held on Friday, Oct. 25 from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 26 opening at 11 a.m. The emergency squad building is located on Route 250 in Philippi.
