Canning Demonstration at Leaf Peepers Oktoberfest in Davis

Potomac Highlands Food & Farm will be hosting a Canning Demonstration at the Oktoberfest grounds after the Run For It awards; 2-5 p.m. tentatively.  Come on out and peruse the different booths, including Tucker County High School’s food booth, and stop by and learn a little about the simple art of canning.  The Food & Farm Workshop, Canning Made Simple, will be offered Thursday October 3 at 6 p.m.  Details to come next issue or contact Kimmy at 304.259.5388 or phffi@frontier.com to register.
