Potomac Highlands Food & Farm will be hosting a Canning Demonstration at the Oktoberfest grounds after the Run For It awards; 2-5 p.m. tentatively. Come on out and peruse the different booths, including Tucker County High School’s food booth, and stop by and learn a little about the simple art of canning.
