Dehydrating Fruits and Vegetables will be on Tuesday, October 22, from 6-7:30 p.m. in Elkins and Charcuterie at Home will be on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 2-5 p.m. at the Thomas Education Center; charcuterie means preserving meat. The Tuesday workshop will be with Stephanie Connolly and the Saturday workshop will be with Sara Bir, certified chef and writer (check her out at www.sarabir.com).
