Free Tax Assistance

Free Tax Assistance will be available at Five Rivers Public Library only on the following days (Weather permitting) Friday, February 20 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, March 14 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
 You will need:  ·  Photo ID for Taxpayer and Spouse, ·  Social Security cards for everyone listed on return ·  Medical insurance information.
 Bring current year’s tax package * all forms, W-2 and 1099’s * Information of other income * Information for all deductions / credits * a copy of last year’s tax return.  Volunteer Income Tax Assistance made possible by the IRS and Fairmont State University College in cooperation with Five Rivers Public Library
